Tim is an experienced business, investment, and financial professional with over 19 years of experience. Prior to joining the NOxy team, Tim spent over 12 years within the hedge fund industry as an award-winning investment manager and owner of his own firm, Pearl Capital Advisors. Previously, Tim was an analyst for Cain Brothers & Company, an investment bank focused solely on the health care sector. While at Cain Brothers, he helped develop strategic acquisition plans for major health care insurers and advised on a number of M&A transactions of physician groups and surgical centers as well as a bond financing for a Bay Area hospital. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Tim completed a prestigious management training program at Franklin Templeton Investments where he assisted multiple teams across marketing, economic research, trading, risk management, and operations functions. Tim earned a B.S. in Management with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University in 2004.
