Rohini Kalvakuntla is a co-founder and Chief Growth Officer at Helex Inc., bringing over a decade of expertise in strategy and business development within the health and biotech industries. At Helex, Rohini is pivotal in fostering partnerships with biopharma and academic institutions and overseeing fundraising and business development functions. Her prior experience includes five years focused on business development across public and private healthcare sectors. She also served as Strategy and New Program Lead at Physician Partners, working on value-based healthcare models. As VP Strategy for a startup scaling chronic care disease management programs, she increased revenue by 40% through B2G and B2B contracts. Rohini’s experience is central to Helex's mission of developing first-in-class genetic medicines that are accessible and affordable to patients and health systems. She guides the selection of indications from a commercial perspective, ensuring programs are scientifically and market-validated. Rohini holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College London and an MSc in Social Policy & Development Studies focused on Public Health from the London School of Economics.
