Ray Fujii is a Managing Director in L.E.K. Consulting’s San Francisco office and a member of the Life Sciences practice. He was previously a Head of L.E.K. Consulting Japan for 10 years and has more than 17 years of experience directing consulting engagements focused on corporate strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Ray has advised a diverse range of healthcare clients include pharmaceuticals, medical technologies, diagnostics and consumer healthcare. Prior to joining L.E.K., Ray was a financial advisor with Lazard Frères and Lehman Brothers. He started his career as a management consultant and joined Johnson & Johnson after completing his MBA program. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He is currently serving as an Executive Secretary of Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai).
