In addition to being CEO of Think Bioscience, Jerome is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where his research group developed the foundational intellectual property for Think Bioscience. For his research in applied biocatalysis, he has received an NSF CAREER Award, an ARO Young Investigator Award, an ARO Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers, and an NIH Maximizing Investigators’ Research Award. Jerome holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley. He completed his post-doctoral training at Harvard.
