Mr. Millar has over 20 years of financial and business expertise plus extensive management and business development experience as a senior executive with both large and earlier stage companies. Prior to joining Atterx, Mr. Millar was CEO of CorMatrix Cardiovascular. CorMatrix has developed several differentiated cardiovascular products targeted at the cardiovascular valve and general cardiovascular repair markets. Mr. Millar has advised, managed or led over 100 transactions with an aggregate value of over $1 billion. Mr. Millar received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and both a Masters of Health Administration and a Masters of Business Administration with from The University of Chicago.
