Eileen McCullough is a seasoned strategic builder and fundraiser who has experience building and investing in early-stage opportunities; leading and founding early-stage biotechs to successful funding and sale including Potenza Therapeutics, Vedere Bio, and Clasp Therapeutics; and provides Board guidance and mentoring support to biotech executives throughout the Ecosystem through Biotech CEO Forum, BioBreak, and other organizations. She brings experience in finance, operations, portfolio management, alliance management, deal-making, licensing, negotiations, marketing, hiring, culture building, venture capital and investment banking, resulting in capital efficient company builds, multiple drugs currently in mid-stage clinical development, and one marketed drug.
