Mr. Dines holds a B.A. in Pharmaceutical Sciences Purdue University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Operations Mgmt from DePaul University KellStadt Graduate School of Business, and serves as adjunct faculty at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is the first person to achieve FDA orphan drug designation for a radiopharmaceutical in the USA.
