Colin is a managing director in Growth Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He is a senior investor on the Life Sciences Investing team. Colin joined the firm as a managing director in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Colin was a Partner at Qiming Venture Partners USA. He has more than ten years of experience working as an investor and operator in early-stage life sciences companies. Colin earned dual BS degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a PhD from the UC Berkeley-UCSF Graduate Program in Bioengineering
