Biao is the Fred C. Davison Distinguished University Chair in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia (UGA) and the inventor of Blue Lake’s PIV5 vaccine platform. He has over 20 years of experience in vaccine research with over 70 peer-reviewed publications. Prior to being recruited to UGA, Dr. He was a tenured professor at Penn State University in the Department of Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences.
