Lime Therapeutics is creating precision medicines for diseases of lipid dysfunction, including many forms of cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic diseases. Borne out of technology developed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, our breakthrough platform-based multiomics approach is enabling novel target identification and validation, and has led us to identify a novel target in non-small cell lung cancer, which we are starting a small molecule program around. In parallel, we have partnered our platform with a top-5 global pharma company to seek out new disease targets and aid in the development of current therapies.
