Company Description: Acoustic Bio is a Stanford University spin-out company focused on developing a platform to scale and accelerate screening of patient-derived organoids (PDOs) to advance personalized drug development and to guide patient response to therapy. Our platform enables high-throughput screening of diverse PDOs against drug candidates to bridge the gap between preclinical development and clinical trials. Our proprietary technology combines real-time imaging, microfluidics, automation, acoustic manipulation, and AI-based machine vision. This robust integration allows us to screen thousands of organoids in parallel at single-organoid resolution and sort selected organoids for downstream multi-omics analysis. Our early access systems and prototype microfluidic devices have been developed and de-risked.
